I think its highly likely one of them make it to 10 - not both, but one of them.

It's BPA at that spot - unless you rate one of those o-linemen better than them, then its forcing the pick..

Would anyone undo the Aaron donald pick? I sure as hell wouldn't. Dline was by far and away the strongest part on our team.

Are you saying you'd take an OL over White/Cooper at 10? I'm also curious to see where you think they'll go.

Oakland very well could take one at 4 - they could easily also go defense. Outside them, where?

Redskins? - Djax and garcon
Jets - Marshall, Decker (if Mariota falls to here, could be him or a trade with phillie as has been rumored a deal is in place)
Falcons, Bears, giants, etc.

^ you really think considering all these teams weakenesses in front of us they're gonna take White/Cooper over all the other talent? Particularly with all the pass rushers in this draft

Whites going #4 and somebody will trade up for other. Even if he was there think Rams would trade down. Don't think they would go receiver in first. He likes the group we have and wants to see them with a real qb.
 
If we are getting Foles, I say cut Sam. Look at all the cap space. I know it's a big risk with one guy, but Sam's health with his price tag is a bigger gamble IMO. Lose him and get some OL help.

Hey Jjab...I know that Foles broke his collar bone against the Texans in the 8th game... Are you saying Foles was playing hurt before that? Do you know what kind of injury Foles was struggling against?
 
Is it possible to trade for Foles for a 2nd pending a new restructured long term contract?

If so I would do it. There is no better option at QB on the Horizon and I actually enjoy winning.

Why cut Sam if we get Foles? That makes zero sense. At the very least trade him to Cleveland or Buffalo for a 3-5th rounder.

Nothing official, but according to rotoworld Foles had taken a number of big hits on his left shoulder and ribs area early in the year. The same shoulder he injured in week 9 that caused him to miss the rest of the season.

Stats are stats. Bradford's stats didn't do anything for me. It was his play that impressed me. Unfortunately, Foles hasn't done the same thing.

That's certainly not my recollection. My recollection is that Bradford was beat to hell because the guys actually tasked with blocking weren't doing their job well.

I think that if a trade like that was possible, you'd see a bigger interest in Bradford

Now that is arbitrary. You are guessing there is a 95% chance they are gone. I think there is a very good chance that one of them is available at 10. I think there is a very good chance that there is a very good player available at 10 that is much better than anything available at 20. Now if that player ends up being a 3/4 DE then trade back, but going from 10 to 20 for Nick Foles is not enough compensation for allowing the Eagles to jump 10 spots in the draft.

I really don't think that any team is going to swing that deal for Foles. I have said it before and repeat. If Foles was worth all of that then Kelly would just keep him. He would not entertain a trade for Foles period.
 
I'll be really pissed if we don't make this trade. We are right there, last year we were too. Let's not make the same mistake of just betting on Sam. Of course when we make the trade, Bradford will stay healthy. That's how it works.

Why would you trade for Foles then cut Bradford? It would leave you in the same situation you were in last year...if Foles goes down, who do you have?

You could franchise Foles in that situation and let Bradford walk.

I kind of jumped into the middle of this convo, but when I saw franchise and Foles together I kind of worried...I don't see how Foles could play well enough in one season to get QB fanchise $s..I'd have to look it up, but it's got to be a BUNDLE of cash...

Do you have a link for that because I never read that he was playing hurt during the season. I am a Duck fan so I followed the Kelly Eagles a fair amount. Foles broke his collar bone to end his season and even after healing, the team statement was that Sanchez would remain as the starter so as not to rush Foles back too soon. Just not buying it. He was playing very poorly in the games I watched. Sanchez - though not playing all that good aside from a couple games was IMO very obviously out playing Foles. I doubt Kelly keeps Sanchez instead of Foles if Foles is indeed starting caliber. I also question Foles in our system vs Kelly's.
