Tutu hasn’t been bad. He just hasn’t been given any chances yet really. I never really expected much from Shelton we’ve seen him before anyways. I don’t think Shelton has been god awful or anything but the lack of continuity in terms of the guards playing beside him isn’t helping either.

Tutu per McVay was going to be used more in the offense and be a weapon for the Rams. He has not been that no matter how you slice it that's not good.

I agree with you on Shelton he isn't now and never has been good enough.

My whole point in responding was my initial comment said 2 guys weren't good enough. I hope they get better and prove me wrong. To which you told me not to jump the gun and I'd eat crow on both. Which to me is either funny since I straight up said I hope they prove me wrong so that I can eat some crow, and I won't be the only one to do so just apparently the only one willing to say he would eat it, which shows me you either didn't read my post or just felt like calling me out.

Also for the record it's 18% of the season since we round up fractions (this was a joke btw).

Stafford can't make him run a route to get open. Also a 33% catch rate is terrible.

I’m guessing that injury he had during training camp and the preseason is coming in to play there with the slow roll out. That’s the only thing I’m coming up with.

I do get that, however, the 1 preseason game he played in (game 3 I believe) he looked like a bonafide weapon. You can't tell me he couldn't mix into 10 plays a game and run routes? I get he may not be ready for the blocking schemes, but, run some routes with your new weapon please.

I think most agreed that Shelton wasn't good. The pertinent question is, is he better than Limmer. That has to be a "No" for vindication on him.

And right now, Limmer isn't helping your case.

Tutu doesn't have much chances to threaten deep because the internal OL has been so bad at pass blocking. Matthew needs precious time for Tutu's longer developing deep routes, and poor interior OL pass blocking doesn't provide that luxury. In fact, Matthew has had to speed up his deliveries because of that poor blocking. None of this is Tutu's fault!
