The rules are pretty simple. Once you've picked your team, you'll have time between now and when the game starts to familiarize yourself with that team and their immediate needs for the upcoming season. Google searches will help if you're not that familiar with a team. The draft sometimes moves fairly swiftly and sometimes not so much, so you will need to check in to ROD fairly often to keep aware for when your team comes up.
We have players from all over the U.S., U.K. & Australia, so in order to keep things moving we have a 4 hour rule which takes effect when your team comes on the clock. What this means is that 4 hours after your team is on the clock, you must choose a player or other teams will make player suggestions in your place. Once a minimum of 3 other team owners reach a consensus on a single player, that becomes your pick, but anytime prior to this point, if you return to the draft, your own pick will take precedence. Because late night picks on 3 different continents vary quite a bit, we ask that if you feel you won't be available to make your pick known, that you PM the Commissioner or a trusted fellow player to submit your chosen player for you. It's best to provide more than one name, especially if you are two or more draft spots from being called upon.
Any player eligible for the draft is available for you to choose from other than those already taken. Trades are also allowed, you can trade draft picks and/or any combination of draft picks & team players so long as they aren't deemed one sided, and the Commissioner will have the final say.

Our 2019 ROD Draft started March 25'th and ended April 11, completing all 7 rounds, ... let's see if we can't shave a couple days off that this year.

Each Owner will have 4 hours to make their pick.

Once you have made your pick mention the next owner to pick and the owner who is next on deck.

If you feel you may be away during your allotted time frame leave a pick with the Commissioner or another owner to make your pick for you.

Agreed trades between owners need to be posted clearly on this thread - PM the Commissioner directly also when it has been confirmed and he will change the draft order accordingly.

Anything I've missed or any queries let me know ...

When you make your pick try and include a picture and a small write up if you can of the player.

Main thing is to have some FUN !! That's what @DaveFan'51 would have wanted.
