He is a pure RG because that is the only side he is comfortable escorting D lineman to his QB
That's a tough question. I really like them both. It's obvious that we need O line help, especially after the injuries, but I think overall, I'd still stick with Donald. I think he'll be a beast for us, and someone the offenses will always have to account for (like Quinn). Donald's a game changer. I'm not entirely certain that Martin is.So with the benefit of hindsight, if given a time machine would you still take Aaron Donald, or would you take Zack Martin?
I like Donald, I really do. He may very well turn out to be the best defensive player in the draft, and lord knows our defense has been hurting. But with Robinson and Martin anchoring the youth movement on the offensive line would we be further ahead as a team? Granted our defensive line hasn't been the SackCity we were promised, but we still have depth there, and we need run-stoppers anyways. Donald was a luxury pick which could very well pay off big in the end, but... I don't know. Given the age and injury history of our offensive line maybe we should have been proactive and started the rebuild there last draft.
Or maybe I'm just p*ssed this morning as I contemplate ANOTHER season going down the tube.
I stick with Donald. He looks like the 2nd or 3rd best defensive player in this draft, and is really coming into it now.So with the benefit of hindsight, if given a time machine would you still take Aaron Donald, or would you take Zack Martin?

I would have not taken Tavon and taken Kyle Long in the 1st and Larry Warford in the 2nd. Donald was too good to pass up.So with the benefit of hindsight, if given a time machine would you still take Aaron Donald, or would you take Zack Martin?
Beefing up the OL is imperative if we are to have ANY CHANCE AT ALL next season.
I just cannot believe the Rams' luck. First Bradford, then Long. I say if anyone tears an ACL in the future, just cut him right then and there and spare us fans the angst. (not sure if I'm kidding or not).
Barksdale was terrible yesterday he probably had his worst day as a ramKinda funny how Jake Long goes from injury prone to "Rams are cursed" (and we are)
My brother's had 9 or 10 car accidents, 4 were his fault (one a few months ago)..I've had one or 2 in my entire life - but i don't call him accident prone, he's just unlucky/cursed.
Reminds me of the entire team right now - Bradford, Quick, Long, Wells, Saffold, Mccleod, Davis.
With 2 gigantic question marks at guard and Robinson at LT....well, the only player I feel confident about is Barksdale..I'll just leave it at that.

Robinson played ok for his first time at Lt. By the end of the year i expect great improvement from himno one had a good day yesterday
