Snead's interview mentioned Rhaney, and Jones fighting for that position. We already know that Barnes can play Center, IMO, better than Wells. I'd be shocked if Wells came back.

Just from everything that was mentioned last year and during this year's draft, I sense a a quiet confidence in Rhaney from the whole staff. I think they like him a lot more than we think. I have no idea what his ability looks like but I would not be surprised if we stashed him on ir last year on purpose so he wouldn't get plucked by another team. I trust the brainpower in St. Louis so I'm sure there's a plan in place. Let's hope it's the right one!!

JT's source is probably some kid in the mail room...

I would NEVER bring back Wells but I think Center will be our weakest point on the team this year. Not a place you want at the pivot. Jones just has to finally show up and become a Pro and stay healthy.

I'd love to grab a major vet if possible. He needs to fit scheme tho and that will even make it harder. I know the seahawks have a decent backup but they will miss Unger this season. Maybe Snead has one more miracle left this season with maybe a player swap and we have that extra second next year also.

No no that extra 2nd is needed to help move up next draft if we need a new starting QB!!!

Wells really? Isn't De Puente still out there? I'm sure he'll be about the same price as Wells would be!

Literally anyone else on the team would be preferable. Time to see what they have there in the young guys. Rather go through growing pains with a young guy over pains from an old guy again.

If the Rams needed a center they should have traded back in the first round and grabbed the one Cleveland drafted and had and extra 2nd or 3rd round pick.
Cut Keenum then trade away a 7th pick to get him back.
Cut Wells then bring him back? Really?

This just in,

Rams sign Wells and Cignetti invents new offense that doesn't require the ball to be hiked!
