I agree however after last week Wolford should have been more careful. His big shot and he lets the Seahawks line him up.

after 5 years with jared this is it for me with goff. he has a 10 point lead. a good runningback and good d with donald being out so we need some offensive production. if we win this game then good on goff but if we lose then I have lost all confidence in jared and he we need a change.
Dude is injured and playing. How can this be the game that decides it for you on that basis?

It doesn't pay to play the Hawks any longer.

Game 1: Whitworth knee

Game 2: Goff finger

Game 3: (so far) Wolfman neck, Donald ribs

I hate this fucking season. With Donald hurt and Goff nowhere near 100%, I just don't see us being able to win. I don't know why McVay sat Bortles.
Yeah 3 QB's would have been the smart play since he knew Goff wasn't healthy.

If we are playing with a qb with a broken thumb and now with out Donald, definitely going to be a challenge. Momentum definitely shifted after the half.

That said, this is still a great defense, and one or two plays can make or break a close game.

Goff has struggled, yes, but it's not fair to judge his play today without acknowledging the thumb, plus the O line hasn't exactly been the Great Wall so far...

If we can just sustain a few FG drives, kill some clock, we can win this game

Man, even if we win, it's over. No Goff or wolf, we got the injury bug at the worst possible time.

He has shown in this game again that its not just his thumb. bad decisions, bad pocket awareness, bad throws, which may be partially due to thumb but those bad passes look the same as his recent bad passes.
