I have a friend who hosts a big poker tournament for his birthday and it's after the game.

Told him we would bring something.

My smokie recipe is smokies, a jar of pepperoccinis and juices, au jus gravy mix, and ranch seasoning.

I've never tried it but I've seen it around and it sounds so like a new twist on smokies.
