I don't get a good feel for this game...BUT...the Rams should take it. Being Chicago born and raised, I want bragging rights over my brothers (none of us live in Chicago now), but they have always been Bear fans. Maybe that's why I don't have a good feel...
What has me concerned is McVay. He can be genius, (like last week)...and then turn around and outsmart himself in this game. If he maintains a good run pass balance I can see Rams 20 - Bears 10.
The Bears have a good defense so you don't want to be too cute with your playcalls but you gotta go to your TEs and you need to run Williams steady!
The Bears have a rookie QB but he's mobile...so the Rams secondary has to be solid and TACKLE!!! Meantime the DLine has to contain but also get to the QB. The Ram secondary can get lost when QB's get scrambling...so getting to the rookie QB Williams is a must.
I don't worry about Stafford except his protection against the Bears. The Bear secondary keeps everything in front...and they can tackle. Even though the Ram OLine is doing pretty well despite injuries, they have to handle the Bears just as they did the 9ers even though the 9ers got 3 sacks.
I worry about McVay...but I like the Rams to win a 24-14 game. Stafford throws for 240 and 2TDs, Williams 1 TD. The Defense gets 3 sacks and two picks...
