Need to generate a pass rush, so far, Rams have faced three mobile QB's in Allen, Mariota & Murray. Lets all hope come Monday Night, James Richard Garoppolo is Dead Man Walking.
I like our chances in this one. They figured something out last time they played. Hopefully they can force them into more 3rd and long situations. Put the game on Garoppolo to win and it usually doesn't end well for the whiners. Seems like whenever he throws 30 passes or close to it they lose more than they win. Of course, its a division rivalry. And we know their focus is going to be running and completing the quicker, safer passes. And its something they've had success with before.
If we don't play 10 yards off, we would destroy the 9ers
I am quite confident that Crapola would only complete 10% of his passes over 15 to 20 yards.
Morris needs to trust his inexperienced CBs to play tough in this game otherwise we are going to lose.
Crapola is very good at the 5 to 10 yard passes
The Guards are a liability and LT Trent Williams will be out for the game, The Niners are in a world of shyte with AD coming up the middle and Bobby Wagner now at ILB, You guys are giving too much credit to these assholes.

That Stafford/ ARob connection has got to get better in this game. If not SF is simply going to cover Kupp and Higbee. Also get Akers and Henderson coming put of the backfield. Force SF to respect all skill positions.
The Ram D Pasa rush has got to be better because the D is thin in the secondary.

The loss of McDaniels is very underrated. Their offense regardless of who the QB is looks underwhelming. The price you pay with success, coordinators and others leave. Glad they are finally starting to feel it again!

And besides blocking well, skow is a huge threat catching the ball out of the backfield. A very tough cover. It really changes the dynamic.
So in 11 prsonel, is he going to line up to block out of the backfield or on the line. 4 wr same thing. What defensive personel do you need on the field.

This game needs to be Terrell Lewis' breakout game. He will be going against a backup LT which he should beat consistently. If Lewis can have an impactful game, the Rams win.
Alternately, the Rams need to stop the Niner's run game. I would play both Gaines and Robinson inside, keep Floyd where he is and play Donald against a backup OT. Then with Wagner and Jones behind them they should be able to stop the run and put pressure on Jimmy G when he passes.
The key will be for the Rams to play a clean game and stuff the Niners run game. Force Jimmy to pass to beat them and I don't think he can do it.
BTW I think Jimmy will end up in Seattle next year.
