Pretty sure it was Robinson and Fisher in 91'.
I looked it up and he had 3 sacks in 91'. He did comeback in 92' under Knox and had 10 sacks, then they let him walk. So I was half right, and it was Fisher's 4-3 that made him ineffective in 91' with 3 sacks in 16 starts.
Yeah, I pulled him up on profootballreference.com and he was listed as RDE/LDE in 1991 and LLB in 1992 when his sack total jumped back up to 10.
Yes, and I also recall the Rams drafting Adam Karraker - a 3-4 DL and trying to fit him into a 4-3 defense. That was a waste of a 1st rounder.

Ty Simpson didn’t seem to confident & Mcvay said how well Stetson is doing with the first team.
Nothing against Simpson and he is working hard & all about learning & is all in.Ragone is pushing him as well.He’s in good hands .
The kid has been in the system for a month, playing with these players for the first time. This is Bennett's 3rd yr. So give it a rest.
And McVay went out of his way to give Bennett props because he has been here. He isn't going to shit on him by only talking about Simpson.

Yeah nothing to see here other than Ty's already getting some snaps with the 1s.
I fully expect him to be running the 1s by mid camp when Staff is on rest days though Rams have not completely ruled out having Garapolo back per Nate either - just not likely on either parties parts.

Giving it a rest ? I ain’t going to Chit on Stinson either. Like you said he has been in the system for 4 OTA’s. He still has the upper hand & you shouldn’t take that away from him on paper.Then again I’ll chill on the topic. Like his upside & that The Rams have initial confidence

RAMS TRAINING CAMP 2026 Loyola..
I’d FIRST say ASK ME ??? I can’t do a total breakdown?? Then again I’ll try ,but WE walked away HAPPY with OUR EXPERIENCE this Year.
WE didn’t hit LA TRAFFIC either way,found GREAT PARKING & people working for the most part were COOL. I believe the Event Staff working for the most part vs. The HOT CO-ED’s we say in 2024.
Actual found Parking LOt Covered Parking(bottom floor?). Did a quick tailgate after a 40+ minute drive.Went through LAX tunnel across which had a good flow.Went down Lincoln I had planes over head & landing.LAX is impressive from that stand point. F - SF Airport Right Now & the last 8-10 years.
Ride home at 6pm(6:30) was actually SMOOTH & the way back was more impressive with the Planes & FLOW of LAX !
—Driving North on 405 fwy,you take off the 105fwy to LAX you get a beautiful view of SOFI ! IMO a LANDMARK!!!
Sorry but Bubba Ram made it seem like LA TRAFFIC was Horrible on one of his post. WE found it actually pleasant.LAX tunnel for me has been a nightmare (at night),SO I’m just telling my experience.
I’ve been to almost ALL training camps,last year I drove to OXNARD.LMAO BubbaRams experience there has been different than mine over the Years!!
Last year was great though for me.
Talk about a 2plus hour Drive though.Went past LAX & I think made it to The 101 fwy.Talk about a little tough traffic.
UCI - I had a Beautiful House that I had a way to beat the traffic & LOL thinking I’d hate to be BubbaRam NOW.I was home having a beer while he was thinking about why he is LATE 4 Dinner & this sucks.
Just saying for the most part I’ve been blessed.Now VeteranRam was VIP at UCI!! They both in some sense were celebrity to ME over The YEARS !! 12-15 ?
Why waste time in or about traffic,but there it is!!

Walking in it was a beautiful day,as those who have been to SOFI know the SEABREESE can be nice.
—We stood in a breezy spot putting parking lot stuff in.What’s this World without WIFI !! I’ll save you ALL the trouble of an extra long Rant !!
We were late,grabbed a beer & there wasn’t any restrictions if where we could go.The SMALL bleacher were PACKED!!! A cold beer was nice the quick tailgate
got us just right relaxed.
LET IT BE known I can be an OBNOXIOUS FAN !! Yes I am one of those & I try to move around SO I’m not SO BAD !! I enjoy people,but at some point I’ve always gotten Fired Up.I do that at ANGEL GAMES all the time,drink it NO Drink. My poor GF puts up with it.I’ll say she at her age is real cute.

lol - of course you know how you were looking through the fence last year at Cal DoM !! I was in the Parking Lot & got asked to leave.
Well BubbaRam if my BEER was my witness I SAW GREETNESS !! IMO maybe THE BEST RAMS DEFENSE in YEARS!!
I almost got kicked out,place was packed & I knew the drill from 2024.Thought I knew then,but the defense goes on the other Field behind the Stadium.
The Defense Ran behind the TV/Radio booth.Of course I get my GO Defense going. Well then I wanted to watch The Defense this Year.I’ve always been a FAN that watches the SLEDS & DL(LBer,CB/DB’s) from UCI days.
B. Young was not suited up.I saw afterwards he interviewed during practice. Stafford ran over for an interview right after practice.
I open a gate & walked in an area I SHOULD have not been ?? There was no sign & an unlocked gate.I opened the gate & then walked to Greatness.Watching Myles Garrett from a far,but then Brandon FISKE is a STUD !!! K. TURNER(is this his last year ?) ,Puna Ford. I was real close to Sleds & DL.Right down the line watching Cam Curl & friends.
I don’t think I saw Q’ LAKE ???
When you’re telling somebody who doesn’t know who is who you know that was cool just seeing THE RAMS D”” Myles Garrett worked through a pass rush warm up like NOTHING!! He is SO quick & smooth.He’s going to make this defense better.

I’ll start with Garrett.Someone on The Defense jumped. It was Myles,and of course I have a Big Mouth. He got kicked off to sideline for the next play.Then the rotation subbing changed.I don’t know if they are suppose to be grouped together by Units ??
Anyways Garrett fights through traffic.He Had a few sacks.I can’t say who was blocking him because the rotations move FAST !! When a QB comes in the you have 11 guys from 1 sideline & then another 11 from behind the QB & or the other sideline.
Garrett had a sack against Stafford,and he CURLED UP so he didn’t HIT HIM !! I was worried Myles hurt himself,but he was trying not to ROLL UP on Mattew.
He’s going to be TOUGH!!
IMO though B. FISKE was the D” Player of The DAY !!
D. Johnson like I’ve been saying is a FIERCE PASS RUSHER. He did a little dance getting into the groove while getting prepared for The Offense to set .His Energy is good.

Upfront on RUNS The D”Line they were tough to run against. Puna Ford is dependable.

Trent McDuffie is The Real Deal.He went against Puka , but Puka seems unstoppable.
McDuffie I believe picked off Stetson Bennet?? Either way he got an INT !! Mcvay was jacked.
Jaylen Watson had a tough time with Davonte Adams.

Great reports, @So Ram !! Love seeing Fiske getting involved again. We quickly forget that he was 3rd in DPOY voting when Verse won the award. If he's healthy, a 3-4 D-Line of MG - Turner - Ford - Fiske - Young is terrifying. Mixing in Stewart when we need speed. And we've got lots of depth on the D-Line.
The CB reports are also very encouraging, especially seeing McDuffie was worth the trade. CB & LB were two of the biggest concerns this season, and watching the CB's do their thing is great. Any comments on them & the LB's is much appreciated. In fact, I haven't seen any reports yet about any of the LB's?? if you can, let us know if any of them stand out, especially Dolac.
