The Little River band has his moments, but a bigger, faster back would be nice and although many like Dean Connors A.K.A The Great White Hope, don't sleep on Jordan Waters the 6' 0 225lbs RB from NC State seems adept at breaking tackles and was showcased a little bit in preseason in 2025.

He's definitely got thick, strong legs. Good feet. Let him season, marinate, and bake for at least 2 more, hopefully elite, Stafford seasons.

Jourdan reports that Sean really likes Ragone. She also points out that when Sean really likes a coach, they tend to get interviews elsewhere.

Looking at that^^ tweet, being really excited to watch Simpson's evolution under Ragone may be ignoring history. Coaching continuity just hasn't been the case here, which is not conducive to developing a young QB.

Stafford has really leaned out over the course of his career. I bet he is probably 20-25 pounds lighter than he was in his early 20s. He was almost 250 as a freshman at Georgia. He was down right chubby.

I understand the disappointment ... I share it.

Believe the Rams were every bit as good as the past two Super Bowl winners ... pushing the Eagles and Hawks to the brink while they basically destroyed all their other playoff opponents in winning the last 2 Lombardis.

Still, the Rams have had three really good and entertaining seasons the past three years. Lots to enjoy.

If it comes-down to a Lombardi or Disappointing Season, that's missing an awful lot, in my opinion.

Legs? Not really sure why that's encouraging as he's a professional athlete so he should be in shape but ok lol... I'm more looking forward to see how he develops as a passer, how fast he picks up the offense, and to see how he plays vs an actual NFL defense. If he does great there and had Forbes stick legs, I'd be stoked hahaha......aka long way to say I'm just giving you playful crap about the legs comment you naughty looker you

Just saying he is not built like a toothpick. Obviously how he picks up the offense and performs is more important, but I have less concerns about his size after seeing him next to Stafford.

Throwing power comes from the legs and hips. Should, elbows and wrists matter less.* If a guy like Simpson who doesn't have the arm strength like other QBs and is going to improve his power he'll need to have development in his legs and hips.

*But if you're a guy like Stafford, he can do plenty when not even set cause of how much power he can generate just from shoulder to wrist.

Nah brother I get it, just wanted to give you a good ribbing about it was all. There's not a whole lot going on so we have to go off whatever is out there. Good that Simpson at least looks good physically so nothing wrong with that point of view.

Agree, honestly just teasing PhillyRam to tease. As Rams fans, we are limited to what we have to go off of, so I get the observation. I truly hope Simpson is our next great regardless.
