If it’s the agent, then I’m a bit concerned for the kid because he’s getting bad advice.

Regardless, I think one or both sides will concede today and he’ll be signed - and ready to go Day 1 of TC (I hope).

I honestly don't see how there's an issue. We don't know why he isn't signed yet and we aren't likely to ever know why he hasn't signed yet it's all projection at this point. Just not worth worrying about IMO.

Honestly was a given due to the rookie scale. Every year there's haggling between agents and teams on details of a contract. As long as the stalemate didn't drag deep into training camp, it was never an issue I personally saw. Besides, he's supposed to sit most of the year and learn in the background so its a big.....

You want to keep moving when in the pocket so that you can hurry and quickly throw a pass any direction needed. It also to teach you to know when to stay in the pocket while allowing you to scramble in any direction. It’s not happy feet, it’s called foot preparedness.
