The Browns traded for Kenny Picket and just signed Flacco, so they're set for the time being.Yeah, I don't think the Browns are gonna want him and the Giants prob don't want another veteran. Do Steelers do a little work on him?
This may just be a guy trying to use what little leverage he has to find a better situation and one's not really out there and this all amounts to nothing.
Forget who said this but they said there's a non-zero chance that Rodgers announces retirement during draft to stick it to Steelers for making him wait on them figuring out if they can take a QB in the draft and now it's all I want. The Browns traded for Kenny Picket and just signed Flacco, so they're set for the time being.
The Steelers are interesting, waiting for Aaron Rodgers to bless them with his presence....
Wait, Rodgers wants to stick it to the Steelers? They've been waiting on him. I cant see him retiring, he wants to play for Minnesota and I think he has been putting off the Steelers in hopes that the Vikings reconsiderForget who said this but they said there's a non-zero chance that Rodgers announces retirement during draft to stick it to Steelers for making him wait on them figuring out if they can take a QB in the draft and now it's all I want.
I mean, it's more a thought experiment of how Rodgers operates than anything. But even if they're waiting for him, them about to pick a QB or picking one and him immediately saying he's retiring is an absolute Rodgers move even if it may not happen cause he's holding out for some other teams QB dynamic to change.Wait, Rodgers wants to stick it to the Steelers? Pickett and Flacco make a team set at QB? YikesThe Browns traded for Kenny Picket and just signed Flacco, so they're set for the time being.

They're set in the fact they dont need another lump like Carr added to the mixPickett and Flacco make a team set at QB? Yikes
I guess. I just dont see why he would need to retire though. He can just not agree to sign with the Steelers. If they sign him and then he retires they hold his rights.I mean, it's more a thought experiment of how Rodgers operates than anything. Steelers, Browns, Colts, Giants all come to mind.Only way they can trade him is post June 1, the cap hit is too massive. Im still amazed they were able to get under the cap in the first place.
The other thought is who would want him?
He's due 50 mill in 2026 so if he is truly injured and '25 is in question, what good is he? He's not an upgrade to what the Giants and Browns have already added and the Colts have invested in Daniel Jones and Richardson.Steelers, Browns, Colts, Giants all come to mind.
I’m a Penn State Alum. Allar has the arm talent but he just looks lost on too many plays. Maybe he takes a leap this year, but I’ve never seen a QB with the ‘deer in the headlights’ look on his face after so many plays.2026 draft looks nice, particularly at QB:
Manning
Iamaleava
Sellers
Nussmeier
Allar
Klubnik
And there will for sure be a riser amongst the others. Personally love the top 3 as prospects. They all have top end arms and are athletic (especially Manning and Sellers). Guessing Ward would be, at best, 4th QB in next years draft at this moment (obviously, things can and will change).
That was on 301 today. The guy on with Tice said it Matt HarmonForget who said this but they said there's a non-zero chance that Rodgers announces retirement during draft to stick it to Steelers for making him wait on them figuring out if they can take a QB in the draft and now it's all I want.
If that is your criteria, then Dart should be #1 on your list. The number one thing I want to see from a college QB is improvement year to year. Red flag for me with Dart. Not saying he can't become a starter in the NFL. Just think that's one more bit of ammo why he won't.
Is it possible that you just really want the Rams to take a QB this year and you have only decided to look at aspects of Dart's game that feed that narrative? If that is your criteria, then Dart should be #1 on your list.
Dart improved greatly year over year and just had his best season. Career highs in basically every measurable category

Dude. Stop. Every measured statistic improved year over year. The only way you can deny that is because of your narrativeIs it possible that you just really want the Rams to take a QB this year and you have only decided to look at aspects of Dart's game that feed that narrative?
I concede that Dart improved things like QBR. Would you be open to conceding that he did not show improvement in mastering the offense and going through his progressions and being able to read defense post snap?
