The more I watch the QBs this year, I dont see a QB right now I would spend a 1st round pick on except Sellers. Sellers as of this moment feels like the top dog. Klubnik is a mess and holds on to the ball too long. Nussmeier looks bad so far. Cant make up my mind on Allar.

Dont know much about him but looked good against Georgia to start the game. He also looked really good in the Syracuse game....the stats dont tell the whole story. He was really good in that game.

Sellers has been pretty lousy and now is out with a concussion

Already liked his game though. Still needs work with his intermediate stuff. But if i had to draft someone today based on what i have seen it would be him. Overall point is its been a little underwhelming the QB play this year when coming in it was supposed to be a great crop of players coming out. Still plenty of time but nothing has jumped out yet, at least nothing great.

Mateer has been pretty great
 
It's been a little disappointing but because some of these QBs will go lower than expected, it could be a great opportunity to take one with our second 1st round pick and develop a star QB through McVay

I like Fernando Mendoza's chances

I think at this point, if you’re taking a QB, they’re not coming in and starting right away. Sellers needs a lot of work. He’s still learning but the potential is the highest in this class. Nuss is probably the closest to letting play, but I think he is what he is. Mateer, Mendoza, and Allar are all decent looking prospects.

There’s just no sure fire can’t miss QB in this draft, which is a complete 180 from the narrative 2 months ago

Well said and Mendoza is a great call. Sneaky best game of the week with Indiana/Illinois.
 
Mendoza played his ass off yesterday. Beck did also.

I think if Pribula out of Missouri beats their next opponent, he could be in the conversation.

Arch played well this week, but let's him against SEC the rest of the way out

Pribula, I don't think comes out. He still has a lot to work on, and he's earning millions in NIL. Senior year? Yeah, I could see him come out then.

Sorry that's what I meant not coming out this year meaning top quarterbacks in college this year

Mendoza looked really good. But he seems like a pure pocket guy with limited running ability. I’d really like our next franchise QB to be able to pickup a 1st occasionally and as needed with his legs. Not sure that’s in Mendoza’s tool box

Mendoza has decent wheels, can definitely make a play or 2 on the run
