Puka did not provide any context to his tweet, and it's easy to interpret it as Puka laughing at Sam Darnold and not at something funny that Sam Darnold did. Jones just sees a tweet from a division rival laughing at his quarterback. I don't think his response was lavish.
Correct, he didn't provide context so why is Jones just immediately pissed off and talking shit right away? Its cuz he's a salty lil bitch. The last thing I'd be concerned about is a division rivals comments, especially if I don't like that team, if my team won the Superbowl. I'd be concerned with celebrating and taking in the moment with those that made the journey with me. Rams still living rent free in Jones head.... pretty sad if you ask me.

No kidding. To suggest anything else would be completely clueless. Rams haven’t had a home field advantage in Los Angeles since the 70’s
I was at opening day and it was absolutely a Rams home crowd. I’ve talked to others who have been to other games and it was a Rams crowd. Sure there are team fans that show up en mass to be able to watch their team at SoFi and we have a few games a year when we are outnumbered but to say we haven’t had a home field advantage there is a bit ludicrous. And for that matter, I have been to several Rams games at the Coliseum in my youth. They were without exception home crowds.

Puka needs a break from the spotlight. Please keep the kid away from a mic for a little while.

That's not true. The Rams had a solid following through the 80's, it's just attendance started to slide in the 90's due to rumors the Rams were moving.

In the late 1990's and most of the 2000's it was awesome to go see a Rams game at the Dome... breath taking IMO

My take is we are a bit pissed off right now.

Stafford sees Higbee last year we are most likely the SB champs.

Much worse, the refs don't award a random 2 points after the whistle, most likely this is our year also.

Likely back to back Lombardis.

Those are haunting thoughts to peeps like me.

Yup, we could be playing for a threepeat next year.

Puka is a great player. But he has to watch what he says as other teams will use his words as bulletin board materials come game day. Don’t want to add more fuel to the fire when the game is on the line.

Hysterical. My comment was in jest, so you can save the good guy routine.

Speculating on whether someone is using drugs in jest? Don’t need to be a good guy to call out a really poor taste take like that so no routine needed. Maybe think next time before you post something like that.

I saw yesterday where Puka actually finished third in OPOY voting despite having nearly identical stats as JSN. CMC finished second and then it occurred to me that I really think Puka lost votes because of his behavior off the field. I mean CMC is the Dudley Do-Right of the NFL. Hell, he plays the piano on TV and his dad gives him a trophy at the NFL Honors for being such a great guy. Puka, on the other hand, was involved in the anti-semitic incident, although that was most likely him just being naive. On top of that, his behavior (post voting) has been somewhat erratic. I wish Kupp was still here to mentor him. He's an unbelievable player but I hope he reels in his behavior off the field. Now that he's a superstar, it seems like cameras find a way to find him.

Stahp.....
Puka is a trip and the media loves him because he's a good time. When he straps up, he's locked in
JSN got votes because folks couldnt give the credit to Sam Darnold

Yeah, the "LA crowd is weak" narrative is becoming a cold take. I watch every game and each year its clearly more and more Rams support.

Puka doesn't need any mentoring from anyone. Puka was already better than Kupp his rookie season.

I just wished Kupp had went to the AFC and the Rams would had treated him a little better, but that's the NFL.

The LA fan base is not weak, it's just average.... It needs something to push it over the line.... What that is.... I don't know.

Certainly not getting to the Super Bowl didn't help matters.
