Really.. he's just the most "football player" wide receiver in the league right now.. and just keeps kicking ass and taking names.

He's leading the league in catches by 11.. and in yardage by 100 yards. It's batshit. He's just an incredible force.... matched only by his amazing joy for playing football.

I don't have enough superlatives to describe him, but it's a friggen joy to watch him play.

When I watch college football, I see quite a few guys that fit the mold of a Puka (not the best measurables, but intangibles that get them picked in NFL Rounds 5+). The biggest difference is how McVay uses this particular skill set. Having Kupp AND Puka was a fever dream.

However, because of the way he plays (beyond PHYSICAL), the Rams need to target and procure one of these guys each draft. Although I wish Puka could play until he's 40, I worry about him after every catch.

We need to have a Puka type on the sidelines at all times to jump in and not break the flow if/when he goes down for a few plays or more. Then keep this cycle going...

Great point. We need a "Puca-lite," on this team. I too cringe after every play with him. That hit he took on the sideline (he's got big balls!) yesterday was brutal.

They have a "Puka-lite" in Whittington, imo, and I hope that Ferguson is a similar kind of weapon.

I know that Kupp and McVay deserve some credit - but this guy physically dominates every single defensive player in the NFL.

Anyone who coached him at Washington or BYU should be fired and never coach football again. There is zero excuse for his production to have been what it was in College.

Injuries are what limited Pukas college production.
