Niners got some legacy picks (Trent Williams, Kyle Juseless- as the only member of a position that no longer exists) Kittle and McCaffrey deserved it. But what is up with the other two? Special teams? Long snapper, and what....gunner? Do their special teams stand out that much? I'd love to see the criteria here.

As for the Rams, so Adams maybe should get some love for being a touchdown machine? Late injury didn't help.

Also Kobie Turner, the afore mentioned Dotson, and Landman. (He fell off a bit) and I think Fiske is underrated too. Kyren got buried in a heap of running backs, but should get some love, too.
Juszczyk’s annual addition is a joke. Who does he have to beat out as there are only about 3 true fullbacks in the entire NFL. Pro Bowl is a clown show.

Yes FB is a joke to include in it.

Ramsey a Pro Bowler at FS is what a ton of us were saying about him. All Pro safety when he's done at CB. Would LOVE to have him now.

We got 4....Niners and Seahawks got 6 each.

Stafford/Puka/Verse/Young....kind of feels like Dotson should have gotten in.

It is surprising that none of our OLs made it given how good our OL is. Then again, maybe not since none are big names. But I agree Dotson should have made it.

If the Rams had more fans they’d get more votes

I think the pro bowl roster really is a reflection of how good a coaching job McVay has done this season. McVay and Stafford together give us the advantage on gameday. The bad special teams may be the result of the bottom of the active gameday roster not having the best physical talent combined with a bad coach via the fired blackburn. A rare bad decision by McVay hiring blackburn.

Pro-bowls matter, even if most players claim they aren't interested in individual accolades. When being honest in private, you know most do care, a lot. lol. I mean c'mon, these are some of the most competitive people on the planet.
Probowls are still discussed as a valid metric when considering HOF worthiness. It's just stupid that the fans get the same % of votes as the players and coaches get. (1/3rd each)

It's weird to let biased amateurs have so much influence over something like this, imo.

Just do a fans only vote and give Travis Kelce his award...

Agree. It should not be a popularity contest.

I think it should come down to the players. Maybe the coaches as well, but I agree it is absurd to have sportswriters voting, particularly when the quality of these ass clowns has taken a nose dive in this era.

Ahhh, my fault for misinterpreting that. Totally agree with that gif then :laugh2: :laugh1:...... letting fans vote definitely gets name recognition players that aren't good anymore votes they don't deserve plus tons of bias.
Isn't it just as likely that the player or coach vote got Ramsey on there?

He's on that top 100 player list as voted by the players every year.
