I can't even watch this. We aren't going to make a first down anytime soon. And most of these players won't even make the team.

I think we are also seeing that some of the OL that we are afraid to lose on waivers are probably not going to get claimed on waivers. Playing against 3rd & 4th stringers is different than playing against 1st and 2nd stringers.

Isn't it ironic that the NFL tries to make the pre-season more important while the serious teams care less and less about it?

Long gone are the days of competent QB play in the 3rd pre-season game. Miss Wolford and Perkins and the excitement they brought. Sigh.

Hey, I just am happy to see the unis on the field, for now.
There's zero expectations, except for seeing what a couple of guys might do on defense who may end up on the PS or something.
Winn is definitely over his skis right now, though.

The only four players from the 22 starters today that I am watching are Desjuan Johnson and Brennan Jackson at Edge. I really hope Johnson makes the 53. Expect Jackson to make it.

On offense, it's Hunter but there's only so much he can do with the 3rd string OL out there. The fourth player I am watching is Leveston. I like his position flex and size but not sure there will be space for him on the 53.

The rest are competing for spots on the Practice Squad in my opinion.

I sure dont miss the days when we had to play our starters against others backups to dominate a preseason game. As bad as this is to watch, we dont have to worry about losing a key piece for the real season.

Screw eating healthy. This is Rams football early in the morning. I got a dozen donuts from a local donut shop. Apple fritters. Cinnamon rolls. Maple bars. Big glass of milk. I'm gonna be on a sugar high.
Wow, well, that’s as bad as Winn is playing.
