BTW, you can't count on ANY rookie to be a major contributor. Sure any rookie can potentially fill a hole. But if he isn't any better than the veteran before him the immediate need is still there.

That's true, but some positions are harder than others.

That's true. At the same time some players are smarter than others.:biggrin:

Plus having a former college teammate already on board shouldn't hurt the learning curve. That is if they are cool with each other.

Fergy getting injured in camp was a lowkey big deal for him last year and stunted his development.
