I see - it’s technically possible. But the Lions would need to lose both of their last games since they hold a better conference record. Highly unlikely but not mathematically impossible.
I haven't looked that hard but not really? Assuming that both the Lions and Vikings win next week, the final week will be for the division and no.1 seed since they're both 14-2. If the Vikings win that would make the Lions the wild card team which means that however the playoffs shake out if at some point there's a Detroit/LA matchup the game will be held in LA as the higher seed.

Personally, I'm still on the would LOVE to see this Rams team win out, just do that. Anything after is a bonus of joy. We have our last 2 at home too.
Yeah. I’m hoping to see the offense heating up the next 2 weeks. No rain or cold to deal with.

Then you'll get all the criers who think a division winner doesn't deserve a home game because it's a shitty division.

Fuck them for all eternity.

Those people have no understanding what winning a division means. What's the point of having divisions if it means nothing to win it?

Rams already handled the Vikings, so they can STFU. Most overrated 10+ win team I've ever seen.
The way I see it is if you want to get a home game so bad, do what you have to do to secure one in your part of the world (division). Until the league restructures to only having 2 conferences with no divisions, I have no problem giving division winners a home game.

I do not understand the mentality of those who want the Horns to win the SuperBowl, but want them to avoid playing certain teams. As long as there are no critical injuries, a team capable of hosting the Lombardi trophy should be able to beat all comers! I would take a healthy 2024 Horns squad with Matthew behind a solid OL against any NFL team!!! :fistbump1:

I think I would prefer to play the Vikes or Lions over GB, but then again McVay is due to finally beat LaFleur.

Haha, you really think the Lions are gonna lose out? They would have won last week if it wasn't for their caveman hc.

Aim a little lower. The Rams just need to finish with the #3 seed. Very gettable if the Bucs lose a game. Then need the skins to beat the Eagles and they will get a home game in the second round.

Then it's all good. Lions or Vikings will be indoors. Perfect for the Rams.

.
Nope, only have to lose to the Viqueens the last week.

You’re right - they have the same record with 2 losses. Stupidly, I thought Detroit had a game up on Minnesota. How the heck are they 13-2 with a loss to us?!?!

BTW, Washington can catch GB for the 6th seed if Washington wins out and GB loses once. Considering they play at Minnesota, that could happen.

Washington has the better conference record 3 losses. GB lost all four of their games in conference.

Just food for thought if we end up the 3 seed. The Commodes could be coming to SoFi.

Not that it matters, but that is not accurate. Tampa has to win tonight to maintain the 3 seed.
...and they're fighting right now. As I answer you they're down 26-17...they have a chance...but the clock ticks with a little over 8 mins left...

If GB falls to 7, I could see them beating Philly in Philly. If that happens and the Rams get by Washington, we are hosting the South/5 seed winner in LA in divisional round.

Yeah, I didn't realise it was so close. I still think they beat the Vikings.

.
Not so sure man. They are pretty injured and Vikings coming together pretty god right now.

It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.
