Yup. I didn't have a clue how to use it when I first downloaded it.
Lotta trial and error, but those errors can be freaking hilarious too.

My first "paint" program was on an apple 2 when you had a floppy hard drive and everything was just a black pixel or no pixel. I'm so glad I got to learn as the software got more sophisticated. If you start from scratch now days, it's so freaking greek.
 
I was Just wondering. Does Donnal have any idea what you people are doing for/to, his image! I would love to get a photo of the look on his face when he finds out, and hear his thoughts!:shades::snicker:

Another option for editing - free - is autodesk's web program, pixlr.com. Don't need to install it, no OS incompatibilities, and reasonably powerful.

For those who don't know - Autodesk is best known for Autocad, the major CAD program on the market. But pixlr is for more standard graphics editing.

Yeah, that's a good one too.
So is GIMP, but that takes a bit of learning.
A lot, actually.
 
I have never photoshopped anything in my life. I have no clue.
I'll have to use that free download from @-X- and play around.

Great thread, though.
I was trying not to laugh so loud, as to wake my kids.

I'm not good, but what I know took hundreds of hours. The best bet is an online class. Self taught is for stubborn bastards like me.

I don't know if I could spend that much time away from ROD.;)

I tried the download X posted. I had to register an Adobe account. Once in, it wouldn't let me download anything without a serial number. Oh well.
I'm not sure how much time i would spend on it anyway.
 
I've been waiting for one of you photoshopologist to put the "Something About Mary" spin on this one. Great work guys. The sicko meter is pegging!
