I'm not sure about this, but this team does not commit too many penalties. The last three games, I didn't yell at the TV excessively because of dumb penalties, at least that's what I can remember.

Can someone confirm?

Nah I remember quite a few.

Off the top of my head: False start, neutral zone infraction, punt false start, Robert Woods holding, Robert Woods other penalty (personal foul? can't remember).

Honestly I see penalties but not excessive ones like with Fisher. We still have way to many... not going to name Woods or defensive players but ya!
 
Its the game changing penalties that are down. 3rd and short and getting a 1st, called back for an illeagel procedure or holding are drive killers could be a cause to lose a game. They need to limit those.

Defense commiting 15 yd penalties on opposing team's 3rd and long, giving them a new set of downs. Rams D gave up 2 of those vs Skins, 2 vs 48er's. Those are game killers.
