As I'm born and raised in the UK, I havnt been exposed to American sports teams like you guys have.

I'm wondering what sports teams do you follow other than the obvious Rams?

Other football teams in other leagues, college etc
Basketball, baseball, lacrosse?
Why?

I was just messing around. You were also talking baseball. Yanks and west coast certainly don’t go together. Especially after today.
Mrs Faulk is an avid Dodger fan. She was watching earlier. Somebody was putting a hurtin’ on the pinstripes!

Well then she and I will get along just fine. I’m not sure there’s much bigger of a Dodger fan than my oldest son though.

If you like cricket, you’ll like baseball. However, for most west coast Yanks, it’s Sunday mid morning nap fodder.

@kent.nelson who is your footy club and why are you loyal to them?
Cant stand, footy (soccar), don't even watch the world cup. Even if it is almost impossible to miss.
I watch international rugby when it's on. New Zealand is my team, if they are not involved it's Wales.

Did you say West Coast and Yanks in the same sentence?
In the USA it's new England or northerners?
Yes. Yanks as Americans in British slang. Or am I outdated already?
It's a tricky subject. Ww2 Yankees would have been derogatory (Yanks are, over paid, over sexed and over here. Common phrase) after VE day it was a little less derogatory.

Yankee doodle is played by lots of ice cream vans here. For Brits that song is about a stupid American.

It's not a common term anymore in the UK that I know of. Because we get lots of USA moves and tv we mostly call you Americans, whether that's correct or not lmao

Fuck me. Doesn't like football and supports the Welsh in rugby. I thought you were a good guy.

I like watching baseball but don't really have a team. The Cardinals if you had to push me, just because I was a rams fan when they were in St Louis. I've seen a Mets game live and been to Fenway Park as well so have soft spots for those teams too.

I don't get basketball at all. Does nothing for me.

I like a bunch of college football teams but I'm not a fan of any. I mostly just want alabama, notre dame and ohio state to lose. I love watching college football nearly as much as I love watching the NFL though. It's brilliant.

Don't know enough about ice hockey. I think I'd enjoy it but I can never follow the puck on TV. Seems a better in person experience to me.

In terms of non-US sports, I am most likely the only Ross County fan any of you have ever come across, if you've even heard of the team. I like Stuttgart in the German league and I watch loads of the Premier League without really having a team. Obviously anything Scotland are playing at. I really do not like any of the English national teams and very much enjoy when they lose. I hate the fucking Welsh even more though.
