No way is he a better passer than Nick Foles.I know he is not one of the three.
 
Smith has shown he can have success without star WRs, he stays healthy, and can manage a game, and has led his team to a playoff. One Qb, one season...I would take him over the rest.

I went with Tannehill because he brings more to the table and as @-X- mentioned, he just keeps getting better.
