We had our third consecutive loss in Green Bay by a scoreline that, quite honestly, flattered us.

And we know what happened after that.

So maybe, just maybe, a few people need to calm the fuck down.

Last night was the flip side of the game against the Colts.

Everything seemed to go in our favour in that game, and everything seemed to go against us last night, albeit most of the wounds were self-inflicted.

McVay's teams typically improve as the season progresses, and if that guy hasn't earned our trust over the last better part of a decade, then I honestly don't know what he's got to do to do so.

Williams worries me because it has to have some psychological effect on how McVay calls plays. And for that one reason alone, I won't be that sorry when he leaves. But other than that, oh, and the kicking game, I'm not too stressed.

....yet

Agreed, I'm not worried about the season just pissed about losing to those fuck sticks. The field goal problem is an issue that needs fixed though before I have an aneurysm.

And that wasn't even the low point of the season - a loss to the same fucking team from last night in week 18 was, after we were up 17-0 and 17-3 at halftime, and then forced them to punt when we were up 24-17 late, only for them to somehow end up winning that game.

We needed the Seahawks to win in Arizona for us to win the division, and we went from being the 2 seed down to 4.

Before that Monday night playoff game against Arizona I was DEJECTED because of that loss.

We can lose both regular season games to the Whiners this year, if it means we win the Super Bowl. Those fuckers can celebrate in the regular season. We'll celebrate when it really matters.

Honestly after the 9ers went up 14-0 I turned it off. Too much stress when we play them, I couldn’t take it. I just checked the score every once in a while and watched the game once I already new the outcome.

They’ll get back on track and fix any loose ends. Playing the 49ers is just a different beast, doesn’t matter who they trot out there.

This is a brilliant post. I love this Board, I have posted here since it started. We definitely overreact sometimes though. I know all fan message boards do that.

This is a good fucking team that should be 5-0. But 3-2 is not the end of the world. Still a LONG way to go.

There's a Vent Tread on page 182 of Rams NFL Talk. Easy to find. It's one of my all-time favorites.

The Rams had just lost to the Packers, to complete a winless November. Venting was appropriate but some posters went off-the-deep-end. The Rams went-on to win 9-out-of-10, including the Super Bowl.

It's the type of thread that may put things into perspective for some fans. It did for me.

The Eagles and 49ers losses were Awful. I don't know how the Rams will respond, or how the 2025 Season
will play-out. Personally, I consider extreme positive / optimism ... and ... the extreme negative / pessimism to BOTH be FANatical ... and ... kind of Useless.

You anti-Colonialist bigots think you know better than us?

No, I think you are right. I have a policy of not posting too much reactionary stuff, when my panties are in a wad.

Still pissed about Thursday. And I want to see fire in the eyes of these guys from here forward, but to the original post, he's right, we all need to step away from the ledge.
