TGII has some football smarts to him. The last drive he could have gone OB twice and took a knee.. and he could have scored, but took a knee.

Game ball with out a doubt

Goodnight Cardinals fans.

Not gonna celebrate yet until we string wins. No schizophrenia in this team. If Gurley isn't effective, utilize the passing game; when Tavon is a decoy, throw to our other receivers. JUST. BE. FUCKING. CONSISTENT. PLEASE. GOD. This team is as volatile as the Chinese economy.

Absolutely love the way Cignetti used tavon and gurley together in the run game.
The threat of tavon on the jet sweep action and gurley coming underneath on the counter.
That is going to be a deadly series if we continue to use it.Makes defense stay honest when
you have such a big play double threat like that.The trips or bunch set really looked good as well.(love me some Baily ) I have been impressed with Cigs creativity.you could see it even when we were struggling.

Agreed Tavian.

My favorite series was when they stuffed Gurley and Cigs went right back to the same exact play for a gain. The dude has good instincts in-game, and does a good job gameplanning creatively too. Vs Pittsburgh there were a lot of points left on the field, I think he's had one bad game in Washington so I'll take 3 of 4 and know that he should get better as these guys continue to gel as a unit.

We might be seeing the beginnings of a very good offense. They're still struggling at times on the OL with penetration but overall that young line is doing well and should keep improving. Once they start sealing better teams are gonna need to watch out. That running game is gonna be nasty.

OMG I missed the game I'm so bummed about it. Glad they won and it sounds like Gurley met all expectations.

Do you have a recording of it?

Heck of a game. Entertaining!

I just love seeing this in print:

* 4 Sacks (via McDonald, Joyner, JL, and Long!)
* 4 turnovers
* Austin: 6 rec. for 96 Yds. and 2 TD's w/a long of 47 Yds.
* Bailey: 2 rec. for 30 Yds. and a TD
* Gurley: 19 rushes for 146 Yds. ( too bad no TD!)
* Team rushing = 164 Yds/ an aver. of 6.3 per carry!
Just a Fantastic Team effort!!!:yess:

I really like the fact that the Rams made the adjustments at the half. These guys really played well:

1. Jenkins
2. TA
3. G2
4. JL
5. Foles

They were key contributors today. The defense was physical and POPPING folks too! The reason Carson was high on his last couple of throws was the pass pressure made him throw off his back foot and the ball sailed. Great defense in the Red Zone!

We should all be thankful that Rob Ryan azz turned in his keys and quit like a butch because Williams is the absolute truth!!!!
This defense is only going to get better and better. We're doing all this with arguably our best or second best CB on IR for the year. The Rams D is not to be f-cked with... not even a little bit.

I said this in the chat but will repeat here: We never trailed in that game but it sure didn't feel like it.

That was a heart attack all the way up to and including the last play of the game. D was fantastic with some great defensive stands and no TDs allowed. Some great catches by sted and tavon...and a world class celebration to boot! And, Gurley had his coming out party! What a game...What a win!

That one was delicious.

Seriously. Rob Ryan is terrible.

God, I love Greg Zuerlin. I know he didnt really do much today, but after watching how shitty kickers were today (and quite frankly all year), I feel like he deserves some love too. Its so nice to have someone you can count in the kicking game
