Is it true our opener against the Niners in Australia is only going to be on Netflix?

Apparently so. I have Netflix so no big deal to me. I know it’s been said that streaming services were the way things were going to go but it doesn’t mean I like it.Is it true our opener against the Niners in Australia is only going to be on Netflix?![]()
It is hastening the demise of the NFL IMO. You have to have 5-6 streaming services just to watch a game.Apparently so. I have Netflix so no big deal to me. I know it’s been said that streaming services were the way things were going to go but it doesn’t mean I like it.
Agreed from a fan perspective- which is mostly all we care about. It’s getting real old how you have to have so many services in order to catch the games you care about watching. It is hastening the demise of the NFL IMO. You have to have 5-6 streaming services just to watch a game.
I don't like it either. I hope the NFL doesn't go with a different stream site every week where we gotta pay hundreds in stream fees to watch. If its just restricted to Netfix and Amazon I'm ok with it. But Peacock had a playoff game. I don't do Peacock, Apple, Disney or many others.Apparently so. I have Netflix so no big deal to me. All true, but with only 17 games to watch if your a fan of a specific team its kind of a issue especially if you get multiple games on streaming for said team. Shit, there was 2 Celtic playoff games I couldnt watch cause of streaming, of course in retrospect it might of been a good thing lolIts funny though, the NFL by far offers the most free content of regular and post season play and yet the small % of games being sent to streaming services has folks losing their minds (exaggeration of course)

That's true. It's really frustrating from a fan perspective, but the NFL is only doing what's it's always done just in a new era of streaming.Tough to see any demise on the horizon when their revenue keeps going up. People just have to not watch on the streaming services and then those services won't bid on the games. The NFL isn't doing anything here other than what they've always done - its just that in years past, it was only fox/cbs/nbc/abc/espn fighting for the rights to air those games.
Not sure how old you are. This is what happened to baseball starting in the late 80's. They got greedy and baseball is definitely not the behemoth it once was, dominating all sports in the USA.Tough to see any demise on the horizon when their revenue keeps going up. I have YouTube tv but don’t have the football package. You couldn’t get me to buy it. Not because I’m too cheap but because IMO the service sucks ass. It’s very glitchy and is just weird in how it works. Not a fan. Instead I generally just find a stream and can generally watch whatever game I want without much problem.I dont remember which game it was last season, but the bootleg stream sites were better than streaming the game on the subscription streaming service that streamed the game. I think it was Amazon, but the stream sucked, switched to streameast and no problems. The streaming sites have come a long way in the 15 or more years I've been using them.
I actually haaaaaate this shit.Apparently so. I have Netflix so no big deal to me. I know it’s been said that streaming services were the way things were going to go but it doesn’t mean I like it.
I've been trying to get rid of Peacock but their coverage of the Olympics was amazing, they have the rights to a lot of NBA playoff games, and then the World Cup is coming up.The biggest thing that bothers me is the NFL Sunday Ticket used to be the NFL Ticket.
Now, it's Sunday Ticket, plus...
I am with @snackdaddy This all pisses me off. I will never buy Peacock for just the NFL. Amazon and Netflix at least provide other value. Peacock blows.
