I am a big fan of Jayden Daniels' talent and play.

As a rookie, Daniels carried a team that won 4 games the prior season to a Conference Championship Game ... where his veteran team was dominated but he played exceptionally well.

That being said, his 3-4 team is losing on National TV by two touchdowns in the 4th quarter; and their defense is getting bitch-slapped by the Chiefs on a 95-yard scoring drive to make it a three-TD-lead ... AND ... the injured Daniels is smiling and laughing on the sideline ... by-the-way, Not the first time the camera caught him doing so in the 2nd half.

I know pro sports have changed ... Still ... It's simply Not A Good Look ... in my opinion.

Agree. Not a good look. He's young though and doesn't feel the Redskins, oh, pardon me, the Commodes history. Someday maybe.

I had a hard nosed old school coach when I was playing basketball back in HS. If we lost and was caught laughing on the bus he'd run us when we got back to the gym. I understand where you're coming from thoroughly. You're only happy when you win. That's it.

Great post and I agree.

I have a theory that Daniels his rook season had a coordinator parsing the scheme to him in a form that was digestible and designed to get him playing ball. But in this league with defenses adjusting it was probably their plan to try to grow him in the scheme, which can set back a young QB. More you are thinking about the slower you're gonna play.
