I think Luck is a little high personally and I would swap Rodgers and Brady. Still solid enough list by order.

How the hell is Eli Manning the 9th-best QB in the NFL? 26 TDs to 16 INTs for an 86 passer rating is not top-10 QB material. He had the same season as Jameis Winston, who is like a decade younger and ascending. The fact that he's on the list but Russell Wilson isn't is just silly.

Hell, I'd put Manning behind Wilson, Prescott, Cousins, Palmer... he's duking it out with the Andy Daltons of the world for top-half-of-the-league.
