I love his confidence and boldness. He seems like he’s starting to accept responsibility and taking things as they come.

I like listening to his interviews, they are honest. He pinned himself as a starter at LT in January in one of two scenarios.

Which one of you fuckers lives in the Deep South and can send him some leeches for those blood clots? Lol

Corbin,
Well, howdy neighbor! We don't use no leeches anymore but we do have some rather humongous skeeters. Lotsa Yankees think they's hummingbirds, bless their hearts, and I ain't got the heart to tells 'em they just be big 'ol skeeters.

I'll be fixin' to send ya some right after I gets done wrasslin this here gator....gots my hands full right 'bout now......

Ya'll be good now, ya hear??

He's not saying anything that I haven't been saying for a lot longer. I've been saying all along the offense will be intact with an improved OL to play behind = better run game = better pass protection. If you protect Stafford and he and Kupp are healthy, this offense will be among the best. Teams won't be able to overlook the run game or Jefferson and Nacua. This could become the best OL Stafford has ever played behind. If the Rams OL can get the run game going watch the fuck out! If Stafford has time to make his throws WTFO.

If Lake and Pleasant can get the defense playing aggressively, this is a playoff team with their offense. How far they can go will depend upon health and the defense. Decent health and good play by the defense and this team can be very dangerous.
I disagree! The Rams gave a tough road to go because of their schedule.

—Really think they got screwed in regards of where they finished.Yiur Cards stunk worse so that is part of it. 3rd in the NFC West

I think Joe Noteboom- was injured on the first play of the Buffalo game--no wonder he looked like crap. I'm waiting for a breakout season for Boom if he stays healthy.

Hell, just a relatively healthy offensive line instead of the MASH unit we had last year will improve the offense by leaps and bounds. All the more if the offensive line is actually good.
If Avila is even half what I think he can be, this line should be good. Stafford is deadly with time and Kupp is money/

A quick Jackson article:

Matthew Stafford loves Alaric Jackson's competitiveness: 'Typical nasty offensive lineman'

The Los Angeles Rams are going to have a decent amount of competition on the offensive line before the 2023 season begins. Following the start of OTAs, Matthew Stafford praised the competitiveness of Alaric Jackson, who is hoping to earn an expanded role in the trenches in the coming months.
“Yeah, I think he’s a competitive guy. I think it comes out in his attitude probably when you guys talk to him, but also when he plays. Typical nasty offensive lineman and it’s fun to be around,” Stafford said. “He’s definitely a competitive guy that wants to get out there and play physical. It’s up to all those guys to go earn their spots, like it is everybody on our team. But just as much competition as we can possibly have at all the positions is a good thing for us.”

In Week 6 of the 2022 season, Joseph Noteboom suffered a season-ending injury after he signed a multi-year extension with the Rams. With Noteboom sidelined, Jackson made six consecutive starts along the offensive line, spending time at guard and tackle.
But after the team’s Week 9 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jackson was inactive and would miss the rest of the season due to blood clots. After taking time away from the Rams to improve his health, the third-year undrafted lineman out of Iowa could earn an increased role in 2023.

Noteboom continues to rehab his Achilles injury, which has allowed Jackson to receive snaps with the starters in OTAs. Whether or not he ends up becoming a starter to begin the upcoming season, Stafford is undoubtedly happy to have Jackson be part of the revamped offensive line group in 2023.
