Definitely. I said that before. These draftniks like McShay, they want to see these kids do well and we are one of those teams that will give Simpson his best chance to succeed.

Yes he does. He even added an extra punt and left out the TD in the 4th. But then, never let the facts get in the way of a bad argument.
Still wouldn't mind going CB at 13 if one of the top CB are there.
Id rather go LB or safety. If a good wr drops too. Lots of choices at 13. But I honestly think we trade down.
Yeah and I hate how they get into grooves with that shit too. Most mocks I've seen are either McCoy or Simpson for us. They always have a small group of likelies for each team and stick to them it's irritating as all hell.

Sounds like typical pre-draft stuff when there is a clear cut #1 overall pick. There's 6 weeks to go and writers need stuff to talk about
Mendoza's been a lock for a while I think. Only way that wasn't gonna happen is if teams found a medical issue or some sort of red flag somewhere.
With Miami signing Malik Willis, they are definitely not looking QB at 11, and the reality is that Simpson is more and more likely to not be drafted in the 1st round
Someone may get desperate and take Simpson early but yeah, I don't see the value there with him. Hopefully it won't be the Rams but if it is, well, nobody bats a thousand. 
If our staff is convinced that Simpson is the heir apparent, a good trade back that lands us another 2 would be an excellent move. Simpson, Cooper Jr, Rodriguez would be a hell of a haul.

Yeah I'd be pissed if we took Simpson at 13, if we trade back and picked him up later in the 1st, I wouldn't like it but I'd be okay.
To me, the match of his risk/reward starts in the 2nd round.
