And Kendrick leaves when Witherspoon is back unless there's yet another injury.

With all of these moves, what happens to Josh Karty? Is he inactive or placed on the PS or released outright?

Still on the 53, interesting that McVay hasn't said anything about him at all from what I've seen.
For now.

Have to believe that if Tutu and Spoon are ready to go this week he'll be one of the two to be waived. Hopefully to the practice squad?

If Karty is waived, another team like the 49ers will snatch him up quickly and that would be a shame. Reminds me when we had Cameron Dicker and Matt Gay in training camp and Dicker was cut. Look at Dicker now kicking solidly for the Chargers. And Matt Gay is now a 49er.

Mevis looks leaps and bounds better than Karty. Obviously its a long season but so far he's been perfect

Man, with spoon back the Rams cbs will be a force to deal with. And any bigger wr to come the Rams way will have to face spoon now and he was a demon in the playoffs last season.

Bring these guys back slowly. So many times we see guys rushed back in only to make mistakes caused by "rust". Tutu might not need much practice but Witherspoon will definitely need some time to get back into "game shape".

The Horns have traditionally tended to err on the side of caution. This is especially true with their last two head coaches, Jeff Fisher and Sean McVay, two ex-players. The fact that the Horns boast one of the very best strength & conditioning units in the entire NFL certainly doesn't hurt in this regard either.

Spoon can be eased back in since the secondary is looking much sharper than ever lately. Besides, opponent-wise, the 2nd half of this season is decidedly easier than the 1st.

Tutu is our top resident road runner and, even coming back from injury, I am confident with him over virtually all of the defensive coyotes out there.

I would still like to see the Horns ease in Jarquez Hunter down the stretch. He ought to be becoming at least familiar with game day play as we approach the playoffs. Besides, he has game-changing speed and strength. He may help to disrupt defensive coordinator plans come playoff time.

Yeah hopefully they ease Spoon in with the snaps. If he comes back in his prior form we're good. If not we have enough dudes playing well back there to ease him back.

Tetairoa McMillan is a matchup issue for most of our corners, that's one reason we'll see a decent amount of Spoon, imo.
