Agree but Texas won the World Series with a crap regular season bullpen. Weird things happen in the post season.Ohtani throws 5 innings of no hit ball. Leaves with a 4 run lead. Bullpen quickly relinquishes that lead the next inning. Roberts has no idea who to keep on the playoff roster for the bullpen. So far cannot count on any of them. The bullpen is 90 percent of the reason for the losing record since early July.
I really don't think Yates or Scott should be on the playoff roster. Those two have been horrible. No lead is safe with either of them.Agree but Texas won the World Series with a crap regular season bullpen. Weird things happen in the post season.
Pages NLCS MVP?
Ohtani 4 Saves???
who knows.....gonna be a fun ride....
That is true but they are feasting on the bullpen.Snellzilla!!
No one and I repeat no one wants to see the Dodgers SP in the playoffs.....
Dont forget Brock Stewart. That is true but they are feasting on the bullpen.
Maybe when we move Kershaw Sazaki (hopefully he continues to improve) and Sheehan to the bullpen for the playoffs, the bullpen will get much better.
I am not that high on Brock. We will see about him as well.Dont forget Brock Stewart.
Bullpen going to look VERY different in October.
You forgot Ohtani. Its gonna be hard for Roberts to figure out who is on the playoff roster and who is not. He has no idea who he can count on in the bullpen. They were good last night but one game ain't gonna convince anyone. Been a lot more bad than good. No problem with the starters. Snell, Yamamoto, Glasnow and Kershaw are as good a 4 starters as anyone else. Its the bullpen. Period.
Oh yeah, how could I forget Shohei! 5 hitless innings. With that 100mph+ fastball and sweeper I wonder how he would do out of the bullpen? They won't let him go past 5 innings so far. Might be more valuable in relief. I really wish Tanner Scott and Kirby Yates could figure out what's wrong with them. They were both pretty darn good last year. I'm not sure either one should be on the playoff roster. You forgot Ohtani.
NO ONE wants to play us.....
Scott has 3 scoreless outings in a row.....maybe hes finding it?Oh yeah, how could I forget Shohei! 5 hitless innings.
