Haha, held hostage? They can cut him any time they want with no ramifications cap wise. It will actually create $13m in cap space. But do they want to?

Just my opinion of course, but Jason Lacanfora doesn't 'report' anything. He's ESPN's version of a Hollywood gossip columnist. His 'reporting' of Sports 'news' is analogous to 'Entertainment Tonight' as a 'news' venue.

But it's my opinion that is true of a lot of ESPN staff. With the exception of a few like John Clayton, there isn't a 'reporter' in the lot.....they're all SO prone to sensationalism to the extreme.
