I’m so sorry…but I have no sympathy for him. Because of his recklessness, someone died, and he didn’t even stay to render aid. I wish he was alive to take his punishment like he should. Suicide is never the answer and only leaves more scars on others; this coming from a gal whose suicide attempt is the reason she’s in a wheelchair.

Another shining example of why we should wait for information before jumping to conclusions ans judgement. Too much character assassination goes on from the uninformed.

I will admit I was wrong. I went off of the information given at the time, and obviously, it wasn't correct.

He still pulled a gun on a family member, threatened them, and led the police on a high-speed chase before turning the gun on himself when there were many available options to him that could've proven him innocent and not ruined his life further. Is he a victim of corrupt law enforcement? Yes, but he's not entirely innocent. He's just human like the rest of us.

The kid was being railroaded and placed in to such an awful spot.
Shameful how this all went down, period

yes, but ask yourself if the corruption responsible for his behavior?

my question is why did it take so long for this evidence to be released

It is to an extent, but nothing justifies threatening your family members, especially when they're supporting you through those times, not even mental illness and police corruption (and given that I've been in Lacy's position in the former regard because of spiraling mental illness and it's one of the things I have extreme remorse for, I don't view it as an excuse).

I will say it's responsible, but it's not an excuse for his behavior when there were so many other ways and when this was entirely avoidable, had he just waited. He even could've had his career, had he just been patient and let the legal process play out. He didn't have to do this, and that's what I find the most saddening and tragic.
