Anyone see the comment during the game that when they did the tribute, Kupp was like, "I dont understand this they cut me....". Or something to that effect, it was mentioned on the broadcast, I don't have the exact quote.

Yeah that was a bad comment from him. What did he expect. He is not the same player and this is a business. He has not been the player really since the superbowl. So they gave him 3 years to come back and he didnt. Have to move one.
Yeah I was disappointed to hear that quote. Maybe it was mis-represented by Olson and Davis, not sure.
Oh and BTW Davis seems to hate the Rams.....

Kupp is bitter about it, because the team wouldnt keep him. He wanted to stay! Yet we signed TUTU and Adams with his money. Rams basically said you make too much, fuck off!
Hell Kupp is being Puka'd on SEA too to be honest with JSN. Saw at least 4 Times Kupp was WIDE-OPEN Mid Field, and they threw it to JSN, and got nothing out of it.
I think hes deflecting how he feels right now, With the Rams letting him go situation.

Great point. We all get older and the next generation eventually takes over. When you have been at the top it is tough to see yourself sliding down the mountain and there is really nothing you can do about it
It was weird seeing Kupp on a different team playing against our Rams.
I felt kinda bad for him when he picked up that bounce pass and ran it into the endzone like replay wouldn`t see that it hit the ground or something.

He looked slow..... I mean jeez if you can't get open with our DB's that play 15 yards off the line scrimmage, that's bad.... lol....
His game was never about speed. But that said, getting slower when you're already slow isn't good. That said #2, he was actually open a number of times when Darnold forced the ball to JSN for inc's.

He just wasn't effective anymore..... And the last two seasons the Rams offense was having redzone and 3rd down efficiency issues and some of it was because Kupp couldn't get open anymore.

He's just butthurt. Best way to get removed from the Rams roster is to make too much. He had to have the bag and it came with a price.
The tribute was nice, I was surprised they didn't play it during the 20 min pre-show when more people were settled in. Kind of sucks if he was bitter about it, doesn't seem to fit his character but what do I know.
I was on the way out towards the end of the game but I'm pretty sure the entire stadium yelled COOOOOOOP!! when he got his first reception at SoFi in the 4th.
