It's all rumors so who knows.

I can buy the elevator story for sure. Heat of the moment. Wanting to take a jab at a rival team. Wanting to "win" the divorce vs. a former player. Who knows. But I can see it.

I am not buying the Rams telling other teams that Kupp was washed and should retire. Maybe they told Kupp that during negotiations (though apparently, there were no negotiations...). And/or maybe they had those discussions in-house and it leaked. But why would they go telling that to other teams' faces? Not only do the Rams gain absolutely nothing from that, it actually huts their own interests. Players won't want to go to a team like that (though by all accounts, the Rams are a top tier destination in the NFL). And if your competitors are contemplating signing someone, don't you want them to spend as much as possible, and deplete their cap dollars? I would have been telling teams that Kupp was every bit as good as his triple Crown season, the Rams only let him go because they just wanted to pass the torch from Kupp to Nacua, and so they should sign Kupp to a fully guaranteed 100M contract. I would have loved that for Seattle!

Well I have had lingering suspicions about how the Rams treat former players ever since the Goff dismissal. I agreed with it for sure, but how it was handled was a little messy. Then Earnest Jones. That was a head scratcher. Then Cooper Kupp. Honestly, I wonder if we were in the right in those situations. There seems to be an emerging pattern there. Pro football is a business at the end of the day, but the Karma seemed to favor the Seahawks. Those former disgruntled Rams are part of the team that eliminated our team from playing in the SB. I’m just saying…
You’re not really saying nothing. Just speculating and repeating unfounded innuendo. But you’re welcome to continue if somehow it makes your day go better. I think this topic isn’t worth my time.

"According to The Athletic, Rams assistant coach Drew Wilkins, among others, was in an elevator with Seahawks linebacker coach Chris Partridge during halftime as they came down from their box to the locker room — a regular occurrence in NFL games where coaches attempt to get down as quickly as they can.

"One Rams coach asked another which Seahawks receiver had fumbled the ball after a catch, with another noting it was Kupp before laughing.

"Partridge took issue with the reaction and reportedly had to be held back after confronting the Rams coach."
Not surprised that the Seattle dickheads feel the need to run a victim storyline on any of this shit. If it's not Kupp then it's Jones or whoever else.

They can go fuck themselves. Whether it's true or not. Don't care. Also I love Kupp and always will but he can get fucked as well.

I hope the new owner(s) are big time meddlers and they tear this shit franchise apart...
