I was just pointing out that we did have a great RB that did have a ring.

I think the point was made that we had great RBs and no superbowl win and I was saying we did have one.

That said, I’d love another Gurley, Jackson or Dickerson. The only back who had the burst like Gurley as a big back was Bo Jackson…rarified air.

Jackson and Dickerson had coaches who could not offensively coach their way out of paper bags. Gurly's career did not last long enough.
All great players, NFL leading rusher types. teams were scared to death of them.
Plenty of shitty players have rings.
Just thinking about what McVay could do with a player like Steven Jackson, who was drafted at the bottom of the 1st, we are talking potential MVP at RB now.
And our coach needs to get back to another Rams tradition. Multiple high picks on the offensive line.
