Looks like Seattle have up quite a bit. Especially if they can't get a long term deal done and if they do it will cost them cap space I'm good with either one.

Massive overpay for a safety that they aren't likely to extend based on their history.
Best safeties are Derwin James and Minkah Fitzpatrick. Adams is good but I would hate this trade if the rams had made it.

Something to think about, they gave up more for Adams than the Raiders did for Mack.
I don't know much about Jamal Adams but isn't that a bit much for a safety with 2 career interceptions?
