Lack of quality. We kept Rivers, about mid season, to my recollection, we had to make a move, and he got snatched. You keep players like that, because you project them, but if they don't improve, you cut them. The Jags needed DE's too.

I can't comment on how he played for them, because I don't watch the Jags...
