So I pulled the last of the summers meat stock yesterday to defrost and it looks like my guest are gonna have low-cal / low-sodium ribeye steaks for the game. They defrosted nicely and I'm not cutting off the fat as that is part of the flavor. And the sides will be beer brats.... It's a no vegetable Sunday for the 49er game.
Two days of breathing in the fridge then Saturday my special marinade then drain Sunday morning.... then off to the BBQ.

I grew up with Ketchup and Mustard and Relish and Onions on a dog. You are just going to have to deal with it.
In fact, I like mixing up Ketchup and Hot Mustard for fries.
Also, like ketchup on Hamburgers - no mustard tho

I have to buy filet mignons for my wife.... she wont eat ribeyes.... We dusted those last weekend.
