Yeah I watched that vid and made some notes. Gonna make some adjustments, like breaking up my sausage (no skin) and browning it with the chicken and garlic. But it seems pretty straightforward if you get that roux right.

Also he's one funny bastid.

Don’t think it’s all about that though.I can get into that,but I’m tall enough I don’t have to get up on a step stool to look down on people.

PO”BOYS are classic New Orleans sandwiches.A nice gulf shrimp Po’Boy isn’t a bad choice for an LA lunch.
Chicken noodle soup ? In my District we do Pho is the in thing.At Ram games you could get Sushi back in The Day & people LAUGHED!! Funny how perception isn’t some FOLKS best trate .

Another Classic Po’ Boy is The Beef Po’ Boy with a true baguette or French Bread . -sliced tender slow cooked roast Beef-Of course it has to have a roux,so gravy w/jous.

Side of shredded lettuce,tomato,pickles. Mayo is the Secret Sauce when the game gets exciting.

I am making this Reuben Casserole I found tonight.
There will likely be left overs.
So I think tomorrow will be leftovers day. Also have pizza from last night.

I think the Giants got half a chance been playing well at home and Tyrone Tracy is pretty good.

I believe those are fresh water prawns right? They get huge... even bigger than the ones you have there if they are fresh water kine.

Please tell me about the taste. I'm wanting to taste it in my mind properly. Those heads are calling out to me.

I just finished making some fresh Ranch dressing. You gotta make it with all fresh herbs. I put a couple jalapeños and a habanero in too. Problem is... you won't enjoy store bought the same ever after. It's gonna sit in the fridge overnight and meld together.

Cut up some chicken breasts and thighs (boneless obviously). Got all of it seasoned up to sit overnight. Tomorrow morning, I'm gonna pour in some dank as hell spicy pickle juice over all of it and let it marinate for a few hours. You can't marinate it very long or it can fuck up the chicken.

Gonna skewer the chicken with spicy pickle chips and some onion. Then grill it up on my egg.

Dip that chicken into the spicy ranch and your mouth will be exploding with flavors like you cannot believe. This shit should be called Crack Chicken.

I'm also grilling some chorizo and hot Italian sausages.

Some Atomic Buffalo Turds too.... bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with some spicy cheese.
