On the weather side...right now it's gonna be clear with temp in the mid 20's and dropping as the game goes on...light winds from 5-10 mph.

I still say a nice balanced attack gets it done for the Rams, leaning on Williams and Corum, with a short to intermediate pass game,. Defense has to tackle well because the Jets are gonna be run heavy too. Rodgers doesn't have the ability to escape the pocket as he used too. I expect Verse to be much better in this game as he gets healthier.

I WANT A "BEAT EM UP GAME"...where the Rams win 23-17-ish type score!!!
I forgot to look up the weather. It sure was a factor in last Thursday vs 69ers. So thx for a reminder. Rain is worse than cold but it will be very cold.

I'd love to see a semi flea flicker 60 yards deep to Tutu Atwell. One can dream.
Well...it seems like McVay has gotten to where he gets Tutu snaps regularly now...so it may happen a couple of time to Keep the Jets honest but don't sleep on their secondary because if Stafford gets off slow he could throw a pick of two. Let's remember how slow he got off against the 9ers. He could have thrown about 3 picks in that one had it not been raining.

Just run the ball with authority and keep running it even if its not working so well at the start of the game. Stay under center and use a lot of play action.
The Rams can impose their will on this team and prepare for playoff football all at the same time.
Keep it simple Sean.

Tyler Higbee (illness) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 16 against the Jets.
Higbee was activated from injured reserve earlier this week but then missed Thursday’s practice with an illness. He returned to the field on Friday and is ready to make his 2024 debut after missing the first three months of the season while recovering from the torn ACL he suffered in January. With Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp dominating the targets in LA, Higbee won’t crack the TE2 ranks for Week 16.

Is this accurate? We can lose to Seattle in week 18 and still hold the tiebreaker over them?
Well, the playoff machine says so. But when I look at possible tiebreakers, assuming they lose to MN and beat the Bears they would have the same division record and conference record if we beat the Cardinals and Jets. We'd even be even with the common opponents tiebreaker too. But every scenario I tried on the playoff machine has us winning the division if we win the next two and they go 1-1. Even if we lose week 18 to them.

Guessing strength of victory goes our way with wins over Buffalo & Minnesota being a huge help there.

I know some here disagree. But Tutu seems to be a plus whenever he plays. He even made possibly the key play on 3rd down against the whiners (or was it 4th down) in the 4th quarter. His speed and ability to stretch the defense opens things up for Kupp and Nacua.

I’ll say it again. With his speed and ability to find space in the middle, Tutu is a weapon the Rams need for a playoff run. There is no one other roster with the same skillset.

I am worried about the weather here. Hope the "hands" guys adapt and can throw, catch, and handle the ball properly. Will McVay break down and wear a toque - I don't think he likes having his hair messed up though. I'd like to see him wear something like Don Coryell wore in the 1981 Freezer Bowl - or not.

Here's hoping Big Rig Hig has a positive impact and the Rams roll.

Why? The Rams run game is built to win in cold weather against lesser teams. McVay has committed to it finally.
Reading it will be 24 degrees but feel colder due to wind at 8-10 mph.

Imagine Verse knocking old man Rodgers down in that.

We probably need to run the rock a bunch as catching the ball will feel like catching the Rosetta Stone.

This is Blake Corum's Deeeez Nuuuuts game. Just saying. He has NOT disappointed so far.
This is the home stretch. This is why the Rams drafted him. They need KW to carry the rock a lot for this offense to work, but the Rams can’t burn him out. The last two games have been a lotta work for KW.
