Coming on here and claiming that you know more than everyone else because 'You watch the games" is lame. Assuming you are the only one that knows what he's talking about is lame.
Your posts are inane. That's why I made fun of your hero. I should have known you wouldn't pick up on that.
And no, teams don't trade for free agents unless they get tagged by their team. No team will trade for a player whose contract ran out. You'd make a great GM

.
I told myself not to respond to you ever again Elmgrove, but I just can't let your comments slide. You say a lot of things in this post that I've just never said.
I never said that I'm the only one who watches the game closely, but I do believe that a great many people judge players based on reputation and on inconsequential thinks such as whether they are bench players (hello Elmgrove).
Proof of that is the number of people who claim that Atwell doesn't get separation, when he in fact does so at a very high level. Others claim - without any evidence - that Atwell is prone to drops and doesn't catch contested balls well, ungrounded assertions made probably because of his size. While others mock the name Tutu and his small stature, and others have just never let go of the fact that we could have drafted a centre instead. To me, all of those factors are irrelevant.
By the way, I am fully aware of the various scenarios about tagging players and free agency rules. You don't think that GM's get feedback about interest in their players who are approaching unrestricted free agency, and that tagging and trading players are not a part of the discussions that go on.
How do you think they arrive at their decisions about tagging players, and in determining the market for their players?
You may be more naive than I thought, not GM material for sure.
Ever wonder why almost everyone is surprised that Atwell is back, in spite of his not being used very often, and being down in the wr depth chart? You don't think that the organization may have had a rethink based upon that outside feedback?
By the way, Atwell is not my hero. For the record, I don't have heroes. I just appreciate talent.
I'm a grown man, I don't do athlete worship.
