remember when McVay was like 42-0 when leading at the half

Yup I remember that record fondly. It was spoiled by the whiners in the last reg season game in 2021. We went on to beat the whiners in the NFCCG but have had shit special teams (bottom 3) and penalties on defense since 2022 when we began to lose more 1st half leads. Conclusion: need all phases of the game to work in the 2nd half.

All the changes made this season to make this offense unstoppable, and we get a 2-score lead in the 4th quarter and the Rams go back to what made them a mediocre offense. They start to focus on getting a 1st down instead of scoring. The goal changes. There are no more middle range passes. No more routes run deep to pull defenders out of the play. The unpredictable offense becomes predictable.

The Rams need to stop trying to get better at the 4 minute offense. Admit they suck at it and play the offense that every team fears.

Agreed. Be aggressive and allow Stafford to play. If you leave more time on the clock, I'm ok if we're going for the nails in the coffin. Now I don't mean were' flinging the ball 30 yards downfield each play, but easy completions where Puka or a TE can get YAC. That's the same as a running play without being too vanilla. And let's not run first and second down then try to convert on third. If you pick up 7, 8 9 yards on first down via pass, then you pound it or play action with short safe routes. I trust Stafford with this. I know McVay won't do this again.

And I don't believe there's a team the Rams can't beat in the NFL if we play good football.
