Have to say it's a bit of a concern for me that Noteboom manages to get hurt at the most critical time of the year. We are so fortunate that Whit managed to get right back into the lineup or that probably would have sent us home vs that SF defense.

Not bagging on Boom here either. The timing is just really unfortunate especially when he is supposed to be our LT of the future. Being available is crucial.

The whole thing just brings back some of my fears with Boom. It feels like we're positioned to pay that dude and maybe get burned.

Good thing we have Alaric Jackson then.

I'm sure we'll sign Boom and he'll do well. It's just something that has been bothering me.

It reminds me of our RB depth tbh. Guys like Hendy and Brown who every time the window opens where we need them they get hurt. Some guys just don't have the resilience gene or whatever to hold up to the beating they get at this level.

Yeah some guys make great backups, but don’t seem to have the endurance to be a starter.

Wait where did you see Uzomah practicing? As of right now it looks like a no go for both.

C.J. UZOMAHTE, CINCINNATI BENGALS
C.J. Uzomah

Bengals TE C.J. Uzomah (knee) told reporters, "I'm not missing the biggest game of my life."

Uzomah said that he is considered day-to-day, adding that if his knee is a little sore on game day "it's go time." His status in practice will need to be monitored but all signs point to Uzomah playing through his sprained MCL. He suffered the injury in the AFC Championship and was unable to return. Uzomah posted a 13/135/1 receiving line in the opening two rounds of the playoffs, acting as a safety valve for Joe Burrow, who was forced to look his way because of pressure. If Uzomah suits up, he will be a solid PPR option and a decent bet to find the end zone in the final game of the year.
