Well, he didn't return to the game.

Beyond that, no idea.

I may have missed it. Any news on Higbee?
He hurt his leg in a pile up.Basically someone caught his leg.

Kendall Blanton sure played well though in place of him.Was nice to see.

That flew flicker from Sony back from Stafford to a soft screen was a well designed played. An excellent of blocking & releasing. Then to continue to make a big play up the middle was nice to see.

He needed to be help/carried to the locker room, Id be shocked if he played in the SB.

Yeah we'll know more tomorrow for sure. It didn't look good. But we have good depth there and I think Blanton just earned his spot as #2 next year. Maybe he turns out to be real solid. So far so good

Put Skow on a Krispy Kreme and fast food diet for 2 weeks and get his weight up to 235-240
Make sure he works on catching the ball or it doesn't matter how much he weighs.

I don't mean to be hard on him - love Benny Skow, especially as a seventh round pick. But wow that game may have been less stressful if he'd caught that pass in the end zone that hit him right in the hands.

Yep I was so pissed when he dropped it but I kind of didn't mind being behind 10-7 at halftime the way the Niners and Bucs have come back when we've had big leads recently. Now when Kittles scores that TD and we went down 17-7 that's a different story I was saying to myself we're gonna lose to these m'fers again.

It did not look good the way Higbee had to be carried off, but hope for the best. Sometimes they even get the cart out only for a player to avoid major damage and be week to week. For example, Aaron Jones' knee injury this season. He only missed a week or two. And there will be some time to heal before the Super Bowl. Fingers crossed. Blanton looked great in Higbee's absence if Higs can't play.

The Bengals lost CJ Uzomah (sic?) today. Not sure who their next man up is, but both sides could be missing their top TE.

Let's hope Higbee comes back healthy; he's a top five tight end in the league, and it would be a big loss if he can't go in the Super Bowl.

If Higbee can't go, I wonder if we'll see more of Noteboom (who I assume will be okay in 2 weeks) being used as a blocking TE.

When he played the 6'th Olineman in that week 18 game against S.F., he only had 10 snaps and wasn't all that effective.
