He was still convicted on two charges that could get him at least twenty years, ten for each. But it's horseshit that he got off on the major charges at all.

They don't do that, it'll be run concurrently where he'll serve 10 years and get good time, however if it's federal time I think if he's good it'll be 80% of the sentence.

I don't know how the hell they can charge a RICO case with only having on person they are charging. Makes zero sense. Probably why the charges didn't stick.
