Ironically the best game I can rmember of his was either the NFCCG or the game @ Seattle in 2019 lol. Thought he was gonna break out after that one.

most of us did but he was abominable last season. i was ready for him to leave after the dolphins game.

.

Everett had good games against the Hags. I think he blocks better than given credit here. He is more of a move blocker that gets enough to spring some nice gains.

Hope he doesn't get a good connection with Wilson. He can be good in space with YAC when Wilson runs around. Fun to see his good and bad sides on the opposing team.

I feel about this one kind of the same way I do with losing Ebukam to Satan's team ...

A) fuck him for going to a division rival; but
B) I'm glad it's them that will have to deal with his inconsistency rather than us.

Overall, Everett was a disappointment. He had such a high ceiling, and while he would have good games here and there, he would also have critical drops, and never developed into a very good blocker. I doubt he gets better at Seattle if he couldn't get it done under McVay.

To me we never utilized him the way we should have. Kupp's emergence put us in the 11 formation too much IMO in the long run. Everett came thru when he had the opportunity and I'll always say that he made some huge catches in the NFC title game that without them we may not have won the game...

I was a big Everett fan... Going into that pick he was the guy I wanted...being the last of the 4 big athletic TEs in that draft who was left on the board...and we got him...

Got to say we've managed having the dead money to maintain a solid squad but it's cost us a couple of guys we scouted, drafted and developed into solid players......

but Hopkins and Blanton have a lot of talent, and hopefully with a NEW we use our 2nd TEs more.

My God! The Hawks?

Do we have any ex-Hawks on the Rams? What about ex-49ers? I hope not. I don't think we do.

I can't wait to see Everett get smashed by 12 once he drops some passes and underwhelms the fuck out of them.

Whats with all the angst against Everett. Guy tried hard with the Rams. Never fully utilized. Why is he a traitor for signing with the seahawks? What did he owe the rams who obviously did not want to resign him. I just do not get it.

1 year deal shows the rest of the league saw what we did. Inconsistent, hands of stone, inconsistent blocking. Unrealized potential.

This franchise has a historically strange relationship with TE's.
Maybe our least remarkable or notable position.

I've been a RAMS fan since 1967 and in all that time, they've never had a TE selected for a Pro Bowl. Almost hard to comprehend. Though Mike Barber was snubbed in 1983.

Well that solves that crap O-Line for the Chikins.

One year prove it deal.

Rams clearly were not interested what would appear to be for good reasons.

What a lame deal. Found a home?

More like a Motel.

Was never a huge fan of his. Honestly I expected more from theTE group over the years given McVay’s heritage.

I can’t wait for our defense to light him up two times a year. It’s the Ramsey High Life, the champagne of whoop ass.

Funny, i felt the same way about Jared Cook. Last time we played them, he was eating our lunch early and it felt like he was getting us back... only for him to have a few late crucial drops as well as a lost fumble and I sat back and went, "there he is..."
