They need to open up on offense. It's like their coddling Hill. Loosen up the defense by going deep some.
 
Schott is not a good coach for this offense, we have talent and he's stifling it by his ineptitude as a coach. Nepotism at it's finest. Time for him to pack his bags if this persists through the season.

That's how you EXECUTE a wide receiver screen. When Norv calls one, it's executed, and no problem.
When Schotty calls one, and the blocking fails, it's Schotty's fault.
